President Emeritus
David comes from a family with over 40 years of history on the Space Coast. A dedicated public servant and community leader, he is a non-profit fundraiser who has raised more than $5 million for child welfare, senior services, education, and environmental causes.
His passion for public service has defined his career. David previously served as an elected City Clerk and is currently the youngest elected City Councilman in the history of the City of Melbourne. In 2025, he was also sworn in as the city’s youngest Vice Mayor ever.
David has been a rising leader in the Republican Party. He is the Past President of the Space Coast Young Republicans, former Chief of Staff for the Young Republican National Federation, and currently serves as its Assistant Treasurer. In 2023, he was honored with the New Leader of the Year Award at the Young Republican National Convention in Dallas, Texas.
An active volunteer and community advocate, David helped build the Pieloch Dog Park in Viera East and served as President of the Space Coast Chapter of the American Conservation Coalition.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and a master’s degree from The George Washington University. David currently resides in Melbourne.
